Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Genesyslab AI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

11.1 Informal Resolution

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California.
